Spastic paralysis of Lower Limbs after stroke

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Correspond to diagnosis criteria of stroke in western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) . 2.Patients with clear consciousness and stable vital signs, who can walk with help or walk alone. 3.Head CT or MRI confirmed intracranial hemorrhage or infarction. 4.Patients of first episode and with more than 6 months course. 5.The patient developed hemiplegia on one limb after stroke;The total score of limb functional impairment in NIHSS was =2 points and MAS rating 1 or above. 6.Aged 40-75,no gender limitation. 7.Those who voluntarily join this study and sign the informed consent form, and are able to comply with the study treatment requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Have used muscle relaxants or sedatives in the last 2 weeks. 2.Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 3.Patients who are suffering from severe primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, endocrine system and hematopoietic system; Patients with mental illness. 4.Patients with contraindications to acupuncture.
