Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The criteria for selecting patients for gynecological surgery under general anesthesia include the following: being classified as ASA grade I or II, aged between 18 and 70 years, having a height greater than 150 cm, and weighing between 50 and 70 kg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with limited mouth opening, preoperative hoarseness or discomfort in the throat, surgical duration exceeding 3 hours, postoperative admission to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), loss to follow-up, or those who are unwilling to cooperate are excluded from this study.
