Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Infants aged 0-1 years; (2) Children with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis: SCORAD score =25; (3) Pure artificial feeding or mixed feeding; (4) Children with suspected cow's milk protein allergy, meeting one of the following conditions: ? milk protein allergy manifestations in the medical history (rapid onset, late onset); ? previous sIgE positive or SPT positive; ?Atopic dermatitis not controlled by conventional anti-inflammatory effective treatment, especially if accompanied by intestinal motility disorders (abdominal pain, vomiting, change in bowel habits) or growth difficulties; ? No medical history and negative sIgE or/and SPT, but atopic dermatitis is currently thought to be associated with milk protein allergy. (5) No change in living environment for 6 months after enrollment; (6) Voluntary written informed consent signed by the subject's parents or legal guardians.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) A diagnosed past history of chronic or major illness; (2) Participation in another clinical trial within the last 3 months; (3) Inability to comply with the study protocol (or the investigator is unsure of the parent's willingness or ability to comply with the protocol requirements). (4) Other conditions that the investigator determines are not appropriate for participation in this study.
