Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A cross-sectional study will be conducted among children living in minority areas with a shortage of pediatric stomatologists, and children aged 7-8 years who are in the early stages of dental replacement will be screened for follow-up studies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were: 1) long-term use of antibiotics; 2) suffering from serious systemic diseases or mental and intellectual developmental disorders; 3) Enamel dysplasia, dentin dysplasia, dentition loss; 4) Suffering from acute pulpitis or acute periapical inflammation and other diseases in urgent need of oral emergency treatment; 5) Children do not cooperate with dental examination; 6) The guardian knew the research content and refused to sign the informed consent.
