Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria of GOS; (2) 18 years old = Age = 49 years old; (3) Singleton; (4) Pregnancy = 28 weeks; (5) The subject or guardian has signed an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Twins and multiple pregnancies; (2) Pregnancy less than 28 weeks; (3) Poor patient compliance and poor likelihood of follow-up;
