60 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Patients who are =60 years old and scheduled to undergo elective orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia; ?ASA = III, and the estimated surgery time = 2 hours; ?Patients without preoperative cognitive disorder; ?No serious visual or hearing impairment or inability to communicate with visitors for other reasons; ?No serious liver and kidney function abnormalities; No history of mental diseases, endocrine diseases, cerebrovascular diseases; ?No hospitalization in the past 3 months; no history of alcohol or drug abuse; no recent use of opioid or antipsychotic medications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Failure to wake up after surgery or inability to undergo cognitive ability testing; ?Complications of the respiratory system or severe infection; ?Second surgery.
