Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Gestational age = 35 weeks and birth weight = 1800g (2) meet the criteria of mild hypothermia treatment: ? there is evidence of perinatal hypoxia: 10min Apgar score = 5 points; Blood gas analysis of cord blood / arterial blood / venous blood / capillary blood within 60min after birth: pH < 7.0 or be = - 12nmol / L; Mechanical ventilation or continuous resuscitation is required for more than 10min. ? There was evidence of moderate to severe encephalopathy (according to the modified sarnat criteria); Or seizures (confirmed by doctors, nurses or midwives or found by amplitude integrated EEG / EEG) (3) the patient's vascular conditions and forehead skin conditions allow invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring and brain tissue oxygenation monitoring; (4) The family members agreed to receive mild hypothermia treatment and participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Congenital heart lung malformation or chromosomal disease; (2) Complicated with sepsis; (3) Mild hypothermia treatment was less than 72 hours.
