18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASAI-II; (2) age:18~80 years, no gender limitation; (3) patients diagnosed as mixed hemorrhoids, anal fissure, anal fistula, or perianal abscess, who underwent elective perianal surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) history of chronic pain or long-term use of analgesics prior to surgery;(2) dermatological disorders in the auricle region;(3)Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; (4) neuromuscular disorders;(5) patients participating in other clinical trials;(6) patients who refused to cooperate with the study due to communication difficulties or other reasons.
