Age
18 Years to 72 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Subjects over 18 years old; ? Patients diagnosed as hormone receptor-positive breast cancer with TNM stage ? ~ ?; ? Patients are receiving adjuvant endocrine therapy and plan to continue to receive endocrine therapy for at least six months; ? No difficulty in walking independently; ? Patients with clear mind and normal cognitive and communication skills have certain ability of understanding and language expression ; ? For the patients who are informed and willing to participate in this study, sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with recurrence of other tumors or breast cancer; (2) Patients with serious skeletal and muscular diseases, cardiopulmonary diseases and other contraindicated movement diseases; ? Patients with mental illness; ? Patients who are participating in other sports rehabilitation programs.
