Experimental group:Dietary pattern intervention for delaying neurodegeneration based on mHealth and routine health education.
Control group:Regular diet and regular health education.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age= 60 years old; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for MCI; (3) Those with unsatisfactory diet (MIND diet score =8); (4) Able to communicate normally in Mandarin, have a fixed escort, and complete the scale assessment under guidance; (5) Participants and their families have given informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study, and signed an informed consent form .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with abnormal mental behavior; (2) Those who have serious physical illness and are unable to cooperate with the completion of the investigation; (3) Participants who have changed their eating habits or have special dietary habits (such as vegetarians) in the past five years; (4) Those who are allergic to the intervention food; (5) Previous or current use of cognition-improving drugs (such as cholinesterase inhibitors, excitatory amino acid receptor antagonists, etc.); (6) Those who are not familiar with smartphone operators; (7) Have participated in other clinical trials that affect cognitive function.
