18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Female, the age of the patient = 18 years old and = 75 years old; (2) histological diagnosis of ovarian cancer; (3) plan to receive adjuvant therapy for ovarian cancer; (4) the ability to obtain sufficient fresh tissue specimens for organoid establishment and genetic testing by surgical means; (5) Estimated survival time= 3 months; (6) Patients voluntarily joined the study, signed the informed consent form (ICF), had good compliance, and cooperated with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant and lactating women; (2) Patients with clinically important (i.e., active) heart disease (e.g., congestive heart failure, symptomatic coronary artery disease, arrhythmia, etc.) or myocardial infarction within the past 12 months; (3) Patients with a history of psychotropic substance abuse who cannot quit or have mental disorders; (4) Patients deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.
