Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years old, gender unlimited. (2) After knowing the research plan, voluntarily participate in the project and sign the informed consent. (3) Proficient in operating wearable devices and smart phone applications. (4) People who are recovering from COVID-19. According to the Expert Guidelines for Health Management in the Recovery Period of People Infected with the Novel Coronavirus (First Edition), people infected with the novel coronavirus have entered the recovery period when they meet any of the following criteria and other symptoms are significantly improved: 1. Nucleic acid test was negative for two consecutive times, and Ct value was =35. 2. The antigen test results were negative for three consecutive days; 3. After 7 days of home isolation, the fever has subsided for more than 24 hours without the use of antipyretic drugs. (5) Regular jogging every day after overcast.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of severe organ dysfunction and heart disease. (2) Communication and cognitive dysfunction. (3) Those who do not agree to share data.
