BCI intervention group:The intelligent brain-computer interface system based on motion image EEG is mainly composed of three parts: motion image EEG acquisition system, hand function air pump and supp
Assist the patient to take a comfortable seat, about 50 cm away from the prompt screen

16 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? 16-70 years old, male or female, right-handed; ? Patients with first subcortical stroke confirmed by CT or MRI; ? The patient's condition was stable, the course of disease was 2 weeks to 3 months, and the clinical data were complete; ? Limited hand function and Brunnstrom stage =II; ? Normal cognitive function, Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score > 26, normal vision or normal after correction; ? Ability to operate MI-based BCI by imagining the movements of paralyzed hands; ? Agree and sign the informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? cerebral cortex infarction or several infarction, cerebral hemorrhage; ? The affected side has high muscle tone (modified Ashworth scale >2) or pain (visual analog scale >4); ? Patients with a history of epilepsy, first-degree relatives with a history of idiopathic epilepsy and the use of epileptogenic drugs; Patients who wear pacemakers, have metal implants in the skull, or have skull defects; Severe attention, visual and communication impairments, or other signs that interfere with the purpose of the study;
