Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients undergoing elective DIEP surgery; ?Aged <= 65 ?ASA I-II; ?BMI<30kg/m^2; ? Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? liver and kidney dysfunction ? heart dysfunction or arrhythmia ? emergency surgery ? coagulation dysfunction ? pregnant patients
