History: hypertension, hyperlipidemia, DM, CABG/PTCA, myocardial infarction (MI), smoking, recent ECD LVEF. Left ventricular cardiovascular pool SUVmean (B), left ventricular myocardial SUVmax (M), M/
Data in the examination process: FBG, pre-injection BG, pre-imaging BG, peak BG, insulin dosage, G/I load time (from oral glucose to injection developer, MPP)
perfusion-metabolism mismatch extent polar map map percentage of total, LAD, LCX or RCA, PET LVEF, left ventricular dyssynchrony)

18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18 to 85 years old, no gender restrictions; 2) Coronary heart disease suspected myocardial ischemia; 3) Can persist in completing 99mTc-MIBI myocardial blood perfusion imaging and 18F-FDG PET/CT myocardial metabolism imaging.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant or lactating patients; 2) Combined with tumor; 3) Combined with other clear infection history; 4) There are contraindications of nuclear medicine imaging mentioned above.
