Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of polycystic ovary syndrome and insulin resistance; ? aged 18-40 years old (inclusive).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? With other gynecological and endocrine diseases that affect the efficacy evaluation; ? With other serious diseases; ? With immediate intention to become pregnant or unwilling to use contraception during the study period; ? With a history of pregnancy or breast-feeding in the past 6 months; ? Use of contraceptives, hormones and other drugs known to affect reproductive function or metabolism (including traditional Chinese medicine) in the past 3 months; ? Undergoing bariatric surgery in the past 6 months or in an acute weight-loss period.
