Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Diagnostic criteria for keloid: The case collection is mainly based on outpatients from the dermatology department of China-Japan Friendship Hospital, and the included cases must meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for keloid. The diagnostic criteria refer to the criteria proposed by Cai Jinglong et al.: the lump protrudes from the surface of the skin, is hard, smooth and shiny, has irregular boundaries, and shows no signs of regression within one year; The lesion extends beyond the original edge of the injury and infiltrates the surrounding normal tissue, forming a crab foot like growth pattern; Has clinical symptoms such as persistent growth, redness, pain, and itching, without a tendency to self heal and cannot resolve on its own; Simple surgical resection is prone to recurrence, and the recurrence range can exceed the original scar range; Pathological examination confirmed a significant deposition of collagen and matrix components in scar tissue, with numerous fibroblasts and a mitotic phase [8]. ? Traditional Chinese medicine differentiation criteria for keloids: combining skin lesion differentiation with overall differentiation, the scar color is dark red, with local pain and refusal to press, and the pain is more severe than itching. Accompanied by forgetfulness, hypochondriac pain, and distension, women may have dysmenorrhea, tongue ecchymosis, and fine and astringent pulse, which belongs to the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis. ? Meets the diagnostic criteria for keloids, and the differentiation of skin lesions belongs to the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis. ? After one month, there was no wound or the wound healed well and completely epithelialized at the scar site. ? The subjects voluntarily joined the study and signed an informed consent form.
