Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 45 years old;2.Intrauterine pregnancy confirmed by medical institutions and gestational age =13+6 weeks;3. desire to continue the pregnancy; 4.To maintain the condition of regular prenatal examination;5.Women eligible to know pregnancy outcome or postpartum follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: [1] Age 45 years old; [2] A history of recurrent miscarriage, defined as three or more consecutive abortions; [3] Pathogenic chromosomal abnormalities of the patient or his husband; [4] Massive vaginal bleeding or severe abdominal pain, abortion is inevitable according to medical judgment; [5] Transvaginal ultrasound examination showed that there was no embryo when the germ was =7mm without primitive heart tube pulse, or the average gestational sac diameter was =25mm. [6] patients with known autoimmune diseases who are receiving treatment; [7] Pregnant women with severe medical or surgical conditions (one of the following) : 1. Severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure > 180 MMHG or diastolic blood pressure > 110 MMHG); 2. Severe diabetes (fasting plasma glucose level > 11.1mmol/L); 3. History of malignant tumor; 4. Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (NYHA class III-IV); [8] Acute infection with/without body temperature =38.5?; [9] Had participated in another clinical trial of research drugs within 3 months before enrolling in this study (the first interview); [10] Those who met the inclusion criteria, did not follow the doctor's advice, could not judge the efficacy, or had insufficient data to evaluate the efficacy.
