Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age: 19-59 years old; ? First onset, hemiplegia, course of disease: 1-6 months; ? Capable of maintaining standing position independently, Holden's walking function rating is = 1 level; ? Patients can complete transfers between beds, chairs, and wheelchairs; ? Can correctly understand the meaning; ? Height 1.5-1.9m, weight<100kg, BMI: 18.5-24; ? Stable vital signs; ? Voluntarily complete the experiment and sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Limited range of motion of passive joints in the lower limbs; ? Hip, knee, ankle and other bone and joint diseases; ? Having a history of mental illness, severe consciousness disorders, and inability to cooperate with treatment and assessment; ? Improvement of lower limb muscle tone with Ashworth grade = I+; ? Stroke is located in the cerebellum; ? Severe cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases; ? Obese patients
