patients accepted sedation in ICU

Interventions

remimazolam besylate group:Start sedation and analgesia with a combination of 0.25-0.1ug/kg/h remifentanil besylate and 6-9ug/kg/h remifentanil.

propofol group:Use a combination of 0.5-4mg/kg/h propofol and 6-9ug/kg/h remifentanil to start sedation and analgesia.

21 Years to 83 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?: patients with intubation need light or middle degree sedation and who are expected to remove intubation soon. ?: older than 16 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?: craniocerebral injury. ?: coma. ?: Blood pressure below 65mmHg even if with a big dose of vasoactive drugs.
