Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic pulmonary surgery and intercostal nerve block and analgesia under general anesthesia in our hospital, with complete clinical data; ?The American society of anesthesiology (ASA) grades are ? to III; ? Age 18-75 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients used opioids or other analgesic drugs before surgery; ?Infection of the puncture site, serious abnormality of coagulation function, etc. ?People who are allergic to any of the drugs used in this study; ? there are serious spinal malformations or thoracic malformations; ? Patients with a history of neuropathic pain or chronic pain and long-term use of painkillers; ?The morbidly obese (Body mass index (BMI) > 35 kg/m2); ?Suffer from severe mental illness, have visual or hearing impairment, can not complete VAS score, QoR-40 scale, satisfaction score and other content; ?Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, respiratory system and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases before operation; ? Have a history of thoracic surgery.
