Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient's oral hygiene is good; (2) The patient's anterior teeth meet the indications for tooth extraction and the lip side bone wall is missing or too thin. After tooth extraction, the site is preserved and bone grafting is performed for six months. There is a significant difference in bone density on the lip and palate side of the intended implant site; (3) The patient's intended implant site is suitable for implantation of Straumann BL implant 3.3 * 12mm; (4) The patient meets the indications for implantation; (5) The patient is informed and agrees to this trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Poor healing after site preservation surgery at the planned implantation site; (2) The difference in bone density at the intended implant site is relatively small; (3) Uncontrolled systemic diseases; (4) The patient is in pregnancy; (5) Poor local conditions in the maxillofacial region, such as severe mouth opening restriction, night bruxism, severe smoking, and poor maintenance of oral hygiene
