18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients undergoing foot and ankle surgery (including internal fixation of foot and ankle fracture,orthomorphia of hallux valgus, debridement and suture of foot and ankle skin, etc.) and requiring the use of lower limb tourniquet during the operation; ? Patients aged 18-60 years old; ? American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II; ? Sign informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? have serious heart, lung, liver, renal dysfunction and immune system diseases; ? All kinds of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory drugs were not stopped one week before surgery; ? contraindications of peripheral nerve block; ? Patients allergic to ciprofol, propofol and other narcotic drugs; ? Tourniquet use time < 40 min; ? Patients with intraoperative changes in anesthesia mode; ?BMI = 30 kg/m2 ;
