Interventions

Exercise training experimental group:Warm-up exercise of 50% maximum heart rate for 5 minutes + aerobic jogging of 75% maximum heart rate for 30 minutes + stretching activity of 50% maximum heart rate
Routine life control group:Maintain a normal routine

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria (1) Patients with moderate mitral regurgitation who did not meet the surgical indications, moderate regurgitation was defined as regurgitation fraction between 30% and 49%, definite diagnosis and stable for more than half a year; (2) Age: 8-45 years old, priority was given to patients aged 8-17 years old, if the number of patients could not meet the enrollment, patients aged 18-45 years old were enrolled again, and the patients of the two age groups were stratified and randomized. (3) with self-exercise ability and good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria (1) patients with movement disorders; (2) patients at risk of severe arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia induced by exercise; (3) EF < 50%, resting systolic blood pressure =140mmHg and/or resting diastolic blood pressure =110mmHg, systolic blood pressure under cardiopulmonary exercise =180mmHg and/or resting diastolic blood pressure =120mmHg, NYHA Grade III-IV, permanent pacemaker, degree II or III atrioventricular block, may affect exercise performance or may worsen non-cardiovascular complications due to exercise; (4) patients who could not or refused to participate in cardiopulmonary exercise testing, magnetic resonance imaging and other evaluation items; (5) active or acute stage of rheumatic valvular disease; (6) moderate to severe mitral stenosis; (7) patients with severe mitral regurgitation; (8) patients who refused to sign the informed consent form.
