Interventions

Study Group :Using remote monitoring equipment to monitor blood pressure (4 times a day, resting state measurement of blood pressure at 8:00, 12:00, 16:00, 22:00).
Control Group:The control group was managed according to the routine outpatient management of high-risk pregnant women.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 2000 pregnant women with gestational hypertension or critical hypertension (systolic blood pressure at 135-139mmHg; diastolic blood pressure at 85-89mmHg), the inclusion criteria are: ? singleton pregnancy; ? age: 18-45 years old and pregnant women according to the age of the control group; ? pregnant women with complete clinical data; ? pregnant women and their family members informed and agreed to the study, and signed an informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Combined serious mental disorder ? Speech communication disorder ? Inability to use the monitoring system normally
