Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 0 and 18 years old; (2) Met the HSPN diagnostic criteria established by the Nephrology Group of the Pediatrics Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2009; (3) Complied with the Classification Criteria II to VI of the Evidence-Based Guide for Diagnosis and Treatment of HSPN issued by the Nephrology Group of the Pediatrics Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2016.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who did not undergo renal biopsy; (2) Those with incomplete clinical data; (3) Those with severe dysfunction of organs such as the heart, liver, kidneys, and lungs; (4) Those with primary kidney disease or other types of secondary kidney disease; (5) Those who are allergic or intolerant to TAC, MMF, CTX, or steroids.
