18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged>=18,<65 years 2) The physical examination results were normal within the last one year, or had good health status according to the questionnaire survey, and had no diseases such as peptic ulcer, inflammatory bowel disease, obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular system diseases, metabolic diseases, mental diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, fatty liver, cirrhosis, colorectal tumors and other digestive system tumors, and no other infectious diseases. Physical examination showed no positive signs. 3) Able to comply with experimental requirements and sign informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) recent use of antimicrobials, probiotics, steroid hormones or metformin within the past 3 months; 2) smoking or alcohol consumption; 3) abnormal defecation frequency (less than three defecations per week or more than three defecations per day); 4) pregnant or lactating women; 5) participating in other clinical studies within the previous one months; 6) Travelling plans within the next month; 7) history of gastrointestinal surgery; 8) The investigator believes that the subject is unlikely or unable to comply with any conditions or personal circumstances of the complete study protocol.
