Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Full-term newborns born in participating hospitals (gestational age 37+0 ~ 41+6 weeks); 2. The newborn's vital signs are normal: heart rate 110~180 times /min, respiratory rate 30~60 times /min, body temperature 36.5~37.5°C, no cyanosis, dyspnea, heart murmur and other pathological conditions; 3. The mother always lives at the current altitude and leaves the current altitude for less than 1 month during the whole pregnancy; 4. Obtain informed consent from family members or guardians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Require additional oxygen or any form of assisted ventilation immediately after birth; 2. Evidence of intrauterine distress, such as meconium contamination in amniotic fluid, 1-minute / 5-minute Apgar score less than 7; 3. Those who require hospitalization after birth for any reason; 4. Children with confirmed ectopic pulmonary venous drainage, interruption/constriction of the middle arterial arch, and obstruction of the right ventricular outflow tract; 5. There are major congenital malformations; 6. Decline or withdraw from the study.
