30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Outpatients and inpatients aged 30-75 years, colonoscopy at seven collaborating medical centers with more than 1 follow-up interval at recommended follow-up intervals, colonoscopy and follow-up by senior endoscopists, recurrent polyps consistent with adenoma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Incomplete personal or colonoscopy related information, familial adenomatous polyposis, history of colorectal cancer or colorectal surgery, history of inflammatory bowel disease, failed to complete a full colonoscopy, those who did not complete all the polypectomy in the previous examination, those who failed to pass bowel preparation, withdrawal time less than 6 minutes, and those who took folic acid, aspirin and other drugs for a long time.
