65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: =65 years; ASA classification I-III; Elective hip replacement surgery under intrathecal anaesthesia; Written informed consent can be obtained from the patient or a representative of the patient's law.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative MMSE score <24; heart, carotid artery or intracranial surgical aneurysm, etc.; Patients with severe hearing and visual impairments and those who are unable to communicate for various reasons.
