65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed as CKD stage 5 and planned to undergo maintenance hemodialysis as renal replacement therapy; 2.Age=65; 3.Patients who planned to have long-term vascular access such as AVF, upper extremity AVG or TDC or temporary vascular access such as CVC; 4.Agreed to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous establishment and use of any kind of long-term vascular access or central venous implantable device; 2. Patients with unstable vital signs before operation; 3. Patients with Coagulation dysfunction or severe thrombocytopenia; 4. The patients were complicated with hematological diseases and malignant tumors; 5. There was paralysis or surgical site infection.
