Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? patients with rectal cancer diagnosed by histopathology and scheduled for prophylactic colostomy; ? Age =18 years old, who can use wechat; ? those who can correctly understand the meaning of the questionnaire and express their wishes; ? voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Complicated with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and other major diseases/serious complications;?currently participating/previously participating in a similar intervention researcher;?those with mental illness who were unable to cooperate with the investigation.
