Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The surgical indication is clear and the candidate is scheduled to undergo lumbar spine surgery under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia; 2. Age: 20-75 years, any gender; 3. Postoperatively, significant lumbar back pain is present (VAS score =5); 4. No other conditions affecting pain or adverse monitoring indicators present; 5. No visual, auditory, cognitive, or communication impairments; 6. The patient is informed and has provided consent for participation in this study by signing the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those whose age and clinical data do not match; 2. Those with concomitant significant organ dysfunction, such as severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney, and other visceral diseases; 3. Those with coagulation dysfunction; 4. Those with a history of long-term mental illness and medication, or a history of long-term use of analgesic drugs; 5. Those with a history of allergy to anesthetics or adhesive plasters, or a history of needle phobia or needle-related allergies; 6. Those with obvious skin lesions such as ulcers, sores, or rashes; 7. Those receiving other special treatments simultaneously or unable to cooperate with this treatment.
