80 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 80 years and above, regardless of gender, with self-care ability; 2. Non-smoker, non-drinker, with a relatively balanced and healthy diet; 3. No intake of antibiotics or other medications that significantly affect gut microbiota or intestinal health within the past month; 4. No consumption of probiotic-containing products such as yogurt within the past month; no chemotherapy or radiotherapy within the past six months; 5. No serious gastrointestinal diseases, such as intestinal tumors, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS); no diarrhea or severe or frequent constipation; 6. No family history of neurological disorders or depression; 7. Normal cognitive and emotional state: Cognitive score of 24 points or above, depression mood score between 0-7 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe systemic disease, severe mental illness and other conditions assessed by the researchers were not suitable for inclusion
