Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Multiparous: 1. Aged >= 20 years; 2. Singleton pregnancy, 28 weeks = gestation = 34 weeks; 3. FOBS >= 65 points; 4. Normal language expression ability, capable of independently participating in this study; 5. Registered at one of the two health service centers collaborating with this research team. Family caregivers: 1. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Multiparous 1. Currently receiving or have received other psychological treatments or interventions; 2. Conceived through assisted reproductive technology; 3. Indications for cesarean section; 4. Fetal growth and development abnormalities; 5. History of mental illness; 6. Generalized Anxiety Disorder-2 (GAD-2) score >= 3; 7. Patient Health Questionnaire-2 (PHQ-2) score >= 3. Family caregivers: 1. Past or present mental illness; 2. Generalized Anxiety Disorder-2 (GAD-2) score >= 3; 3. Patient Health Questionnaire-2 (PHQ-2) score >= 3.
