Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Healthy pregnant women with = 37 weeks of gestation (2) Age 18-40 (3) The patient agrees to participate in the project and signs the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The mother's last menstrual date is not clear (2) Patients with serious pregnancy complications during pregnancy, or patients with serious physical diseases (such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, gastrointestinal diseases, etc.), infectious diseases and immune system diseases (3) Patients with severe neurological diseases (4) Merging with other mental illness or substance dependence (5) Infants and young children with DIC, anemia, severe infection, bilirubin encephalopathy and other related serious complications during the study could not be followed up (6) Failed to complete the late follow-up scale and infant development screening test scale due to various factors. (7) Failure to sign informed consent
