Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with type 2 diabetes who meet the diagnostic criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of type 2 Diabetes" (2020 edition); Duration =5 years; (2) Age =18 years old; (3) Junior high school education or above; (4) Those who have complete cognitive and behavioral abilities and can normally communicate in language; (5) Informed consent and voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe acute or chronic diabetes complications resulting in limited physical activity; (2) With other serious diseases such as malignant tumors; (3) a history of cognitive impairment or mental illness; (4) Participants in other research projects at the same time.
