reductional nails group:A reductional nail was implanted, and the position of the reductional nails implanted into the condyle was 8mm below the condyle apex outside the condyle. A second insertion of

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18-45 years; 2.MRI confirmed that the temporomandibular joint disc was ADDWoR, and the length of the disc was greater than or equal to the anteroposterior diameter of the condyle; 3.A medical history of more than 3 months, one of the joint pain, murmur or abnormal jaw movement; 4.Inform patients, and they are willing to participate in clinical studies and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been treated for temporomandibular joint disorders; 2. Patients with diseases such as infection, tumor or trauma; 3. Patients with jaw deformity, dentition defect, unable to form stable occlusion, and serious occlusion disorder; 4. The length of the joint disc is less than the anteroposterior diameter of the condyle, the disc is seriously deformed and perforated, and the operation of the joint disc cannot be performed. 5. Immune system disease, suffering from rheumatoid arthritis.
