Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Patients with valvular heart disease who met the diagnostic criteria of ESC/EASCT Guidelines for the Management of valvular Heart Disease (2017) of the European Society of Cardiology? diagnosed with valvular heart disease by color Doppler ultrasound and electrocardiogramand? > 18 years of age? had indications for surgery and agreed to undergo elective valve replacement and angioplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with severe infectious diseases ? patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction ? patients with other heart diseases ? patients with cognitive dysfunction and unable to cooperate with intervention
