Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients with signs of suspected or confirmed heart failure; 2. Right heart catheterization should be performed according to the needs of the disease; 3.18 years old and above; 4. Able to understand and provide informed consent; Condition allowed testing of a noninvasive filling pressure device (at the discretion of the physician); The test requires lying flat for 2 minutes. The bed tilt Angle was adjusted to 0 degree.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 2. If the patient's condition is too serious for testing, it should be judged by the researcher; 3. Those who have been implanted with artificial heart valves; 4. Significant hunching may affect BCG signal transduction 5. Patients with known congenital heart disease (e.g., single ventricle, tetralogy of Fallot, ventricular septal defect, etc.)
