Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: 1. Aged =18 years, male; 2. Diagnosed with prostate cancer by surgical pathology or biopsy pathology; 3. First diagnosis: no antitumor history, including antitumor drug treatment, surgical treatment, endocrine treatment, radiotherapy, etc.; no previous tumor history. Control group: 1. Age =18 years, male; 2. Diagnosed with other urological malignant tumors, such as renal cancer, uroepithelial cancer; benign prostatic diseases, such as prostatic hyperplasia, prostatitis, prostatic stones, benign prostatic tumors. Healthy people group: 1. Age =18 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Those who have no organ tumors as confirmed by imaging examination and other tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with tumors in organs other than those mentioned above; 2. Those with previous anti-tumor treatment; 3. Those with combined cognitive dysfunction.
