The pain after Hip Arthroplasty

Interventions

Iliopsoas plane block group (groupI):IPB was performed with 10 ml of 0.5% ropivacaine and lateral femoral cutaneous nerve block(LFCN)was performed with 5 ml 0.5% ropivacaine in group I.
Supra-inguinal fascia iliaca compartment block group:Supra-inguinal fascia iliaca compartment block was performed with 40 ml of 0.25% ropivacaine in group S.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients undergoing artificial hip arthroplasty; aged 18–80 years ; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or ? ; voluntarily participated in this trial and signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: allergy or intolerance to local anesthetics, chronic pain, preexisting neurological or anatomical deficits in the lower extremity on the side of surgery, a history of hepatic or renal insufficiency, mental/cognitive impairment, or unwillingness to participate.
