Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic-assisted radical gastrectomy; (2) Age 18-64 years old; (3) Body mass index (BMI) 18.5~29.9 kg/m²; (4) Preoperative ASA score grade II.-III.; (5) Normal liver and kidney function; (6) normal cognitive function; (7) The operation time is 4-6 hours, and the blood loss is = 50ml; (8) Informed consent of the patient
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Brain diseases (such as epilepsy, increased intracranial pressure, brain tumors, previous cerebral infarction, brain bleeding, etc.) and those with a history of major surgery; (2) History of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (acute myocardial infarction, stroke, etc.) in the past six months, as well as poor control hypertensive patients; (3) Patients with hyperthyroidism (hyperthyroidism) who have not been treated or undertreated; (4) Patients with abnormal coagulation function; (5) Patients with previous gastrointestinal bleeding or gastroduodenal ulcer; (6) Those who are allergic to the drugs involved in the test and have contraindications to epidural puncture; (7) Patients with chronic pain or long-term use of sedatives or analgesics; (8) Patients with glaucoma, long-term treatment with ß-receptor blockers and heart rate less than 50 beats/min; (9) Patients who have or have had a history of severe mental disorders; (10) Use of immunosuppressive drugs (such as glucocorticoids) or immunodeficiency syndrome; (11) Those with a history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy before surgery
