Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Target audience: ? Women who have undergone embryo transfer in our hospital and obtained discarded embryos or oocytes due to various reasons.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? Those whose morphology and viability of discarded embryos or oocytes do not meet the research needs; ? Individuals with advanced age, hereditary/tumor related diseases, or one of the other major diseases; ? Previous unexplained recurrent miscarriage; ? Husband with one of the hereditary/tumorous or other major diseases; ? Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical researchers.
