Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke and is confirmed by head CT or MRI examination; ? Age 18-80 years old, no gender restriction; ? First stroke, 2 weeks-6 months; ? The Fugl-Meyer scale score -upper limb was less than 66 points, and there was upper limb motor dysfunction; ? Upper extremity modified Ashworth Scale level 2 and below; ? No serious visual or auditory defects, able to understand the instructions and cooperate with the completion of rehabilitation training; ? The ability to remain seated; ? Volunteer to participate, and the patient himself or the guardian is willing to sign the informed consent. Those who meet the above criteria can be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with upper limb motor dysfunction caused by brain trauma or brain tumor history; ?Neurologists exclude patients with dementia and mental illness according to the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10) and the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V) of the World Health Organization; ?Have mental disorders serious heart disease, malignant tumor, liver and kidney failure and gastrointestinal bleeding; ?Shoulder, elbow, or wrist joint mobility disorders caused by trauma, fracture, or joint spasm; ?Participants who are participating in other clinical studies affecting the results of this study. Those who meet any of the above criteria will not be included in the study.
