Age
18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged 18-45 years old; 2) ANB=4°, SNB=78°; 3) orthognathic surgery by the same experienced surgeon; 4) postoperative orthodontic treatment; 5) Primary school or above education, no cognitive impairment; 6) complete follow-up data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) advanced temporomandibular joint osteoarthrosis; 2) moderate to severe periodontitis; 3) patients with maxillofacial trauma, tumor, or cystic and solid lesions of the jaw; 4) There are surgical contraindications for general conditions.
