Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Unilateral primary breast cancer was confirmed by histopathology. ? Age =18 years old; ? Patients who had undergone breast cancer surgery and had moderate to severe pain, numerical rating scale score > 3; ? Ignoring listening and cognitive impairment, and having no working experience in music related industry; ? With normal language expression ability, can accurately describe the degree of pain; ? Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form in person.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? History of chronic pain in breast, shoulder, chest wall, upper arm, etc.; ? History of severe heart, liver, kidney dysfunction or other malignant tumors; ? Breast cancer recurrence and metastasis; ? postoperative use of analgesic pump or analgesics; ? Postoperative complications, such as subcutaneous effusion or infection; ? Patients undergoing breast reconstruction.
