Group D:Before the operation, a load measure of 1µg/ (kg.h) dexmedetomidine was pumped for 10min, and the pumping rate of 0.5µg/(kg.h) was continued during the operation, and the pumping was stopped h
Group R:After surgery, remifentanil was continued at 0.1µg/(kg·min) pump rate until tracheal catheter was removed
