Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)In accordance with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5th Edition (DSM-V) criteria for depression diagnosis, two psychiatrists with intermediate or above professional titles were diagnosed; 2) Age 18-65 years old; 3) First onset, or re-onset without systemic treatment such as antidepressants.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Have other mental disorders or medical history; 2) Suffering from immune deficiency, acute and chronic inflammation and other organic diseases; 3) History of blood transfusion and drug abuse in the past six months; 4) Pregnant and lactating women.
