Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed by pathology as stage III-IV gastric adenocarcinoma patient. (2) Based on the pathological results and the patient's own condition, and in accordance with the "Guidelines and Norms for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Gastric Cancer of the Chinese Anti Cancer Association (2017-2021 Edition)", a chemotherapy regimen is formulated, and it is planned to start receiving at least one course of chemotherapy; (3) Age range from 18 to 80 years old, gender unlimited, Karnofsky (KPS) = 60 points, expected survival time greater than 3 months; (4) Clear consciousness and thinking, without cognitive impairment, able to complete scale filling and various physical and chemical examinations; (5) Those who voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign an informed consent form with good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) At the time of enrollment, other cancers or more severe primary diseases or bleeding tendencies of the heart, brain, liver, kidney, endocrine, blood and other systems were present; (2) Patients with major infectious diseases such as AIDS, hepatitis B, hepatitis C and syphilis; (3) Individuals with cognitive impairment, speech expression deficits, and mental illness or disorders who are unable to independently or with the assistance of others complete questionnaire surveys. If any of the above conditions are met, it will be excluded.
